First you will need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Next take out a large mixing bowl and add in three cups of white all purpose baking flour, three tablespoons of white sugar, fresh cold water, and one cup of real salted butter. Whip these ingredients together using an electric mixer. Knead your pie dough into a ball, then form two flat thin disk shaped pieces, one for the pie bottom, and one for the top. Place the pie bottom into a nine inch pie pan, then set the other piece aside.
Next you will want to prepare the apple pie filling. Take out a mixing bowl, and add in the organic ground cinnamon, remaining white sugar, three tablespoons of baking flour, two tablespoons of butter, a pinch of salt, nutmeg, and the allspice. Mix these ingredients together until they are well blended. Next add in the peeled sliced cored tart green apple pieces, seal the bowl, then toss the ingredients until the fruit is completely coated. Spread this apple pie filling out in the pie pan, then place the pie dough top over it. Mend both crust layers together so that your pie filling is nicely sealed inside, then perforate the top crust layer so that it can breath while baking.
