Ingredients:

3 Cups Of Diced Skinless Cored Green Apples

1 Cup Of Dark Brown Cane Sugar

1 Cup Of White All Purpose Baking Flour

1/2 Cup Of Cold Unsalted Real Butter

1 Cup Of Quaker Brand Rolled Oatmeal

1/2 Cup Of White Superfine Sugar

To get the recipe started, please preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius.

Next take out a nine inch pie pan, and lightly grease it with butter. Next take out a large mixing bowl, and then gradually stir together the dark brown cane sugar, Quaker brand rolled oatmeal, white all purpose baking flour, and cold unsalted real butter. Once the mixture is even and crumbly, pour half of it into the greased baking pan. Level out this layer, then evenly spread the apples out across the batter. Sprinkle the apples with the white superfine sugar, freshly ground cinnamon, and then add on the remaining pie batter over the top of it.

Level out this last layer, then slide the pie into the oven to bake for forty to forty five minutes, or until the pie is golden brown.

Serve this recipe warm with a side of vanilla ice cream.
