For step one, please take out a nine inch pie pan. Line this pan with your pie pastry bottom, then set the pan aside.
For step two, please preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. For step three, please take out a heavy saucepan, and then add in the delicious Nova Scotia apples, white all purpose baking flour, McCormick apple pie spice, pure vanilla extract, dark Muscovado sugar, fresh squeezed lemon juice, ground cloves, and Celtic sea salt. Using a wooden mixing spoon, stir these ingredients together, then heat them over medium high heat. Stir the filling mixture until it begins to boil, then set the heat to low, place a lid on the saucepan, and then let it simmer for ten minutes. Stir it often to prevent any burning from taking place. Once the apples are tender, remove the saucepan from the stove, and then let it cool down for at least half an hour. Once cool, spoon the apple pie filling into your lined pie pan, then top the filling off with clumps of real unsalted butter. Next set the pie crust top firmly into place, then twist the edges to seal the pie. Cut slits into the top crust layer, then glaze it with your egg white.
Lastly, sprinkle the white cane sugar over the top of the glazed pie. You are now ready to start baking, so slide the pie into the oven, and let it cook for forty minutes, or until the crust is a golden brown color. That is it for this recipe, do enjoy it.
