1 Premade Double Crust Pie Pastry

6 Cups Of Fresh Skinless Chopped Green Apples

2 Teaspoons Of Fresh Ground Cinnamon

1/2 Cup Of Liquid Bees Honey

1/2 Teaspoon Of Allspice

2 Teaspoons Of Liquid Vanilla Extract

1/4 Cup Of White All Purpose Baking Flour

1/4 Cup Of Real Unsalted Butter

1 Pinch Of Kosher Salt

1 Large Fresh Egg White

1 Tablespoon Of Powdered Sugar

To get started, please take out a nine inch pie pan, and then line it with the premade crust bottom. Next you will need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius.

Moving along, next take out a heavy saucepan, and then add in the fresh skinless chopped green apples, fresh ground cinnamon, liquid bees honey, allspice, liquid vanilla extract, white all purpose baking flour, and kosher salt. Heat these ingredients over medium high heat, bringing them to a full boil. Next place the heat on low, and let the apple pie filling simmer for ten minutes, or until all of the honey has fully melted, and the apples are tender. Be sure to stir your filling often to prevent any burning from taking place. Once the filling is done, let it cool for half an hour. You are now ready to spoon your pie filling into the pie pan, then evenly spread it out. Next top the filling with chunks of the real unsalted butter.
