To get started with this freezer apple pie recipe, you will first need to take out a large sealable mixing bowl.
Add into the mixing bowl the fresh skinless chopped tart red apples, white all purpose baking flour, apple pie spice, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and fine ground table salt. Tightly seal your bowl, and then vigorously toss the ingredients until the apples are evenly coated.
Next take out a large heavy bottom saucepan, and then add in the apple mixture, cold salted real butter, firmly packed light brown sugar, and pure vanilla extract. Heat these ingredients over medium high heat, stirring until the filling is even and consistent, and the apples are tender and juicy.
Let the filling cool to room temperature, spoon it all into a freezer proof bowl, seal it, then place it in the freezer. The filling should keep for several weeks if sealed properly.
When you want to cook your freezer apple pie, whip out a pie dish, then line it with your premade crust bottom. Spoon into the dish your thawed apple pie filling. Seal the pie with the top crust layer, then make several slits in it's top. Next glaze the top of the pie with the egg white and liquid bees honey, and then slide it into the oven to bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius for forty minutes.
Once your pie crust is crisp and golden, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
